Indian rupee opened marginally lower at 60.03 per dollar versus 60.15 yesterday.The dollar is likely to strengthen further against the rupee amid risk aversion amongst investors after IMF cut global growth forecasts. The range for the day is seen between 59.82-60.52/USD.The euro slipped to 1.27 to the dollar. The dollar index inched higher to 84.50 levels.
